Friendly and helpful staff made my stay enjoyable.

I encountered persistent issues with the room's temperature. The air conditioning struggled to keep up, leaving me shivering at night. the windows were poorly insulated, which added to my discomfort during a chilly stay.

I truly appreciated the spacious, airy room, complete with a large, comfortable bed. The well-designed bathroom was equipped with essential cosmetics, making my stay very pleasant. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always eager to assist with any needs I had.

Softer pillows would have enhanced my comfort.

the jump inn hotel was so well located, just a short walk to everything we wanted to see. the staff was super nice, especially the receptionists who really helped us out when we had a little emergency. the breakfast was delish, with loads of options, and the room comfy. also, it was nice and quiet which made for a good sleep. i felt really secure staying there, it was awesome!

Not quite what I hoped for

The moments I had at this place were definitely special! the staff helped with our little ones, setting up cribs and stuff, making it feel like I wasn’t a stranger in a foreign land.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but tolerable for the experience.

Well-located with easy access to local attractions, the experience was elevated by the exceptionally friendly staff who went above and beyond during an emergency situation. The vegetarian dishes in the restaurant were a healthy and tasty surprise, fitting well with the overall enjoyable dining experience. the wifi connectivity was frustratingly poor, making it difficult to accomplish basic tasks. the breakfast offerings were good but lacking in variety, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

the pillows were a bit too firm for my taste. the staff quickly provided softer ones, which was awesome! the breakfast had a good variety, including warm meats and cheeses! the location is super convenient, with trams right outside!

What especially caught my attention was the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, making it a comfortable retreat after long days of sightseeing.

It was just a balanced option for a quick layover in Belgrade with great value for money. The hotel even arranged for a crib and provided little amenities for my child, making our stay more convenient. Remember to check out the laundry service, it was quick and affordable.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom had a strong smell during my stay. Conveniently located near trams for easy transport. Breakfast choices could use more variety. I was able to rent a bike easily, which was a nice touch.
